REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy details the terms and conditions governing payments made to Paswi Manpower Consultant for our recruitment and placement services.
International Placement Services – Candidate Payment
For our international recruitment and placement services, we collect Service Charges or Expenses from the Candidate in two stages. This payment is collected only upon the candidate confirming and signing the offer acceptance and submitting successful medical fitness confirmation. Upon receipt of this payment, and with the candidate’s passport on hold, the visa application will then be formally applied through the Employer in the destination country.
Refund Conditions for Candidates
- No Refund After Visa Application: Please note that the full amount collected by Paswi shall not be refunded once the visa application process has been initiated and applied for on the Employer's side
- Candidate Withdrawal (Blackout): If a candidate chooses to withdraw or "blackout" after accepting the offer, confirming medical fitness, and making the advance payment, but before the visa is applied, Paswi will deduct ₹15,000 as an administrative charge. The remaining amount will be refunded
- Company Incapacity: If the Company (Employer) is unable to provide the visa due to any reason not caused by Paswi or the Candidate, the Candidate is eligible for a full refund, minus a ₹5,000 administrative charge
International Placement Services – Employer/Customer Payment
This section covers the Professional Fees invoiced to the Customer or Employer
- Candidate Exit Within Guarantee Period: Every invoice raised against professional fees shall not be refunded to the Employer if the candidate leaves the job within the guarantee period specified in the contract agreement between Paswi and the Employer. Instead of a refund, Paswi commits to providing a free replacement candidate with the same profile, as directed in the agreement.
- Candidate Exit After Guarantee Period: If a candidate exits their employment after the contractual guarantee period has expired, the invoice payment shall not be refunded, and no replacement will be possible
- Candidate Misconduct: In cases where a candidate is found to be involved in proven misconduct, disobedient behavior, illegal activity, or dishonor that forces their deportation, Paswi would consider for free replacement after thorough review of the case, discuss with the client and take suitable arrangement if it is really necessitates. Paswi would however, coordinate with the Employer and provide support for quick deportation, and in certain necessary cases, Paswi may provide a return air ticket on a case-by-case basis.
Domestic Placement Services – Candidate Payment
For domestic placements, a one-time enrollment fee will be collected from the candidate upon receiving confirmation of their selection by the employer. This fee ranges from ₹500 to ₹5,500, depending on the job category or designation. This payment must be made using the UPI link shared by Paswi to the Company’s current account. This payment is strictly Non-Refundable.
Domestic Placement Services – Employer/Customer Payment
This section covers the Professional Fees invoiced to the Customer or Employer for domestic placements and mirrors the International Employer policy:
