Executive Staffing
PMC has been delivering Executive Staffing services for a long time. Often referred to as Executive Search or Headhunting, this is a specialized recruitment practice focused on identifying highly qualified candidates for junior, senior, leadership, and executive-level positions within an organization. These positions typically include roles such as staff-level professionals, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Vice Presidents (VPs), Directors, and other critical strategic management roles.
- Executive Search typically focuses on C-suite roles (CEO, CFO, CTO), Vice Presidents, Directors, and President-level positions that drive strategic decision-making and significantly influence the organization’s long-term direction. These mandates are almost always handled by specialized Executive Search Firms, commonly known as headhunters.
- Such searches are generally conducted on a retained model, where the client pays an upfront fee to secure dedicated, high-priority services from the search firm.
- Recruitment is fully proactive. Instead of relying on job postings, search consultants systematically identify and approach high-performing professionals who are already succeeding in similar roles at peer or competitor organizations. This targeted outreach—often referred to as “sourcing” or “poaching”—enables clients to access top-tier, passive talent not available in the active job market.
- Confidentiality is critical. The process protects both the client organization (to avoid alerting competitors or internal teams) and the candidate (who is almost always currently employed). Candidate evaluation goes far beyond technical capability. Search firms assess leadership history, strategic thinking, cultural alignment, and the individual’s potential to deliver long-term organizational impact.
